Return & Exchange

We want you to love what you ordered, but let us know if something is not right. Every damaged product with the original brand logo and packaging is under our warranty for up to 10 days. For the process, your order will be eligible for returns and exchange with a valid payment invoice or confirmation email of purchase. If you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email at craftmaison.ca@gmail.com to receive a response within 03 business days.

RETURN 

Craft Maison wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. These are standard return policies to keep in mind: 

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 
  • All item(s) must be returned in an unused (saleable) condition, in their original packaging, with your order number and contact details for a full refund.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from our store or our website would be eligible to return. 
  • Please retain the proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  • Please note that Craft Maison will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. 

How to make a return? 

Please include your proof of purchase in your package of returned item(s) with the products you wish to return.

REFUND

Return now officially refunded to gift card. Once we receive your return or return by mail, we will process it within 05–07 business days. The refunded gift card ( same as your purchase value) will be sent to your email

EXCHANGE 

We hope you love what you order, but in case you don’t. We are willing to send you a new one. Please keep in mind that the returning item needs to be sealed in new condition within 10 days of the delivery date. 

If the item doesn't have an exchange option or received item as a gift, you'll need to return the original item and expect a refund.  

If the item you're exchanging costs less or more than your original purchase, we'll issue a refund.

FINAL SALE

All products on sale and Jewelries are final sale, no return, no refund and no exchange.
